This one owner, freshwater only Albin is ready for a new home. One of the most popular 28-foot cruisers ever, the Albin 28 TE Flush Deck combines classic Downeast styling with a spacious cockpit and comfortable cabin accommodations in better then new condition. The 28 is heavily built on a modified-V hull with a wide beam, hard aft chines, and a propprotecting skeg keel. Below deck, a roomy interior has the comforts of a larger boat sporting a full-service galley with fridge and microwave to port, standup head/shower to starboard, midcabin berth aft port side, and a convertible U-shaped dinette forward. Teak-and-holly sole. Six opening ports provide good cabin ventilation. Additional features include a molded bow pulpit, transom door, trim tabs, full-height bow rail, raw-water washdown, bow thruster, and transom storage boxes. Cruise at 16–18 knots with single 315hp Yanmar diesel with only 209 hours. New Garmin touch screen radar/plotter/sonar/fish finder with closed array dome and custom raised stainless mount on hard top. Raymarine 6002 Autopilot smartpilot. Raymarine Ray54 GPS VHF. Vessel was involved in a soft grounding incident in 2018. Fuel cell was removed and aft stringers, bulkhead supports, and prop protector were checked for structural damage and all re-glassed and fared into surounding areas. She is stronger then new.
